Enterprise Consultant (Director)

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Consultant (Director Level) to lead the development and execution of a full-scale enterprise IT and AI strategy as part of a national digital transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead enterprise IT and AI strategy, aligned with business goals and digital transformation priorities
• Design enterprise architecture frameworks across applications, data, AI, and business processes
• Integrate AI capabilities into business functions to support automation and data-driven decision-making
• Establish governance models, technology standards, and best practices for enterprise systems
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement strategic technology initiatives
• Evaluate and implement enterprise platforms, ERP systems, data lakes, and AI tools
• Ensure compliance with national regulatory requirements (SDAIA, NCA, SAMA)
• Lead vendor selection and manage enterprise solution partnerships
• Mentor internal teams and support capability development in enterprise architecture and AI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT strategy and architecture
• Deep experience in digital transformation and AI-driven solutions
• Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms, cloud ecosystems, and integration frameworks
• Certifications such as TOGAF are highly desirable
• Proven leadership and change management capabilities
