Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee

Salary: $85,000 per annum
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST
Reports To: Vice President of Business Development

Job Summary

ARC Health OPCO (ARC) is the newest generation of Management Service Organization (MSO) for mental healthcare. Headquartered in Independence, OH, ARC is a fast-growing, affiliation-led platform focused exclusively on partnering with and operating mental health practices under the ARC business model. We're seeking an Enterprise Content Manager who will be responsible for developing, designing, and executing content that elevates brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports patient acquisition across the enterprise. This role blends social media strategy, graphic design, and SEO-informed content development with a focus on supporting practice-level marketing campaigns, email and webinar initiatives, and system-wide outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

40% Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Audit, manage, and optimize social media accounts across all enterprise practices.
  • Develop unified social media standards and system-wide content calendars. • Increase organic following, engagement, and visibility across platforms.
  • Build and schedule content that supports enterprise campaigns, events, community initiatives, and practice launches.
  • Collaborate closely with Outreach (BDRs) and Community Liaisons to highlight partnerships and educational content.
  • Monitor analytics and provide performance reports with recommendations.

40% Graphic Design & Creative Asset Production

  • Create branded visual assets for digital ads, social posts, landing pages, emails, webinars, and print materials.
  • Maintain visual brand consistency across all enterprise practices.
  • Partner with the Director of Community Engagement on campaign creative and visual templates.
  • Provide design support for priority NeuroStim and practice-level projects as assigned.
  • Offer creative direction and ideation across departments.

20% SEO & Content Development

  • Develop SEO-informed blog content and website updates with the SEO Director.
  • Ensure content meets brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and keyword strategy.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide strategic SEO guidance within workload allocation.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Support Outreach and Community Liaisons with content for engagement and event promotion.
  • Work with the SEO Director to align written content with optimization strategy.
  • Partner with the Director of Community Engagement to ensure alignment with brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with BD leadership on campaigns, launches, and enterprise priorities.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, graphic design, or digital content creation.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
  • May require long periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
