We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Outbound Sales Specialist to spearhead lead generation, strategic prospecting, and pipeline development for the North American market. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and fueling the revenue engine through consistent outbound motion. You’ll act as a trusted front-line representative of the brand, driving top-of-funnel growth in a highly dynamic and global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute structured outbound outreach through phone calls, email cadences, LinkedIn, and digital channels to engage enterprise-level prospects.
Identify business priorities, pain points, and buying readiness to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Conduct detailed market, account, and stakeholder research to strengthen targeting accuracy and improve outreach personalization.
Track activities, pipeline progress, and insights diligently using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
Partner effectively with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and Marketing teams to optimize lead progression and conversion ratios.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and North American regional nuances that influence customer decisions.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly qualified pipeline generation targets.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience engaging North American enterprise clients.
Proven track record in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email sequences, and social selling.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing a large volume of outreach activities.
Self-starter with strong ownership, persistence, and goal-oriented execution capability.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-growing environment.
