About the Role


The Enterprise Performance Reporting & Analytics role exists to enable data-driven commercial decision-making across the Enterprise Business Division. The role translates complex datasets into actionable insights, supports performance governance, and provides a 360-degree view of sales and market performance to leadership. Its impact is measured by improved commercial outcomes, forecast accuracy, and performance transparency across the enterprise sales ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in the identification of areas of potential commercial improvement by running advanced analytics on data sets and raising findings to the Enterprise Performance Management Manager.

  • Carrying out statistical analysis and supporting the generation of actionable insights

  • Supporting the design of performance policies & set performance objectives

  • Evaluating performance issues and recommend improvements

  • Developing, automate and circulate key sales scorecards and dashboards

  • Synthesizing market landscape and trends by product line and feed back to relevant teams

  • Providing timely performance reports to the Performance Management Manager to guide strategy and ensure management alignment (360 view).

  • Developing predictive models to forecast sales performance, customer behavior, or market trends to support proactive decision-making.

  • Monitoring and evaluating performance metrics against targets, providing early warning signals and recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Driving data quality initiatives, including data validation, enrichment, and standardization, to ensure reliable reporting and analysis.

What We Need From You

  • SQL: Proficient in generating reports from DWH.

  • Data Analysis: Advanced in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Sales Systems: Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools.

  • Commission Modelling: Skilled in designing data-driven commission structures.

  • DWH Management: Knowledge of data extraction and manipulation.

  • KPI Monitoring: Expertise in tracking and reporting sales KPIs.

  • Reporting Tools: Proficient in creating reports and dashboards for management.

  • Machine learning
