Job Title: Employee Performance & Learning and Development Senior Officer

Location: Kuwait


Job Purpose

The Employee Performance & Learning and Development Senior Officer supports the execution of performance management and learning initiatives through hands-on coordination, system administration, and operational delivery.

The role focuses on enabling learning programs, supporting performance cycles, maintaining learning systems, and providing accurate data and reporting to ensure consistent, timely, and effective People & Culture processes across the organization.

This is an execution-focused role operating under the guidance of a Manager or Senior Manager.


Learning & Development


Training Needs & Planning Support

  • Support HR Business Partners and line managers in collecting and consolidating Training Needs Analysis (TNA) inputs across functions and geographies.
  • Maintain and regularly update centralized training needs trackers and learning plans.
  • Support analysis of performance and capability data to identify development priorities.

Training Coordination & Delivery Support

  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, communication, attendance tracking, and preparation of materials.
  • Support the development and updating of training content, presentations, job aids, and learning resources.
  • Liaise with internal Subject Matter Experts and external training vendors to support program delivery.
  • Collect participant feedback and support evaluation of training effectiveness.

Learning Engagement & Activation

  • Support learning engagement initiatives such as Lunch & Learn sessions and internal learning campaigns.
  • Coordinate learning calendars and ensure timely communication to employees.
  • Track participation and engagement levels and identify opportunities to improve learning uptake.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Support day-to-day administration of LMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Udemy, Coassemble).
  • Upload learning content, manage enrollments, track course completion, and maintain accurate learning records.
  • Prepare standard LMS reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Support initiatives to improve LMS adoption and learner engagement.

Performance Management


Performance Cycle Support

  • Support the execution of annual performance appraisal cycles, mid-cycle reviews, and 360-degree feedback processes using HR systems.
  • Assist with system setup, timelines, and communication to employees and managers.
  • Coordinate calibration session logistics and related documentation.
  • Follow up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion of performance activities.

Performance Data & Reporting

  • Support preparation of performance reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in analyzing performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.
  • Support post-cycle reviews and documentation of follow-up actions.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, or HR Operations.
  • Prior exposure to corporate learning programs or performance management cycles is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms and HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills with experience managing trackers and dashboards.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multi-country environment.
