Enterprise Performance & Systems Senior Engineer

Job Purpose

To maintain the operation of B2B systems and performance management services that directly offered to enterprise customers or support the operation of internal department sections.
To provide Enterprise Customers with a professional support for B2B services together with robust performance and fault management systems to be our eye on any degradation or abnormal behavior for our service

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the running of systems backup strategies to maintain the availability within desired rates.
• Generate availability reports of systems/application serving performance or B2B services.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve operations issue on running systems and enforcing defined SLA with vendor
• Administrate and Maintain of all B2B/Performance platforms to provide fully available and redundant B2B and performance management systems
• Generate required availability/SLA reports & presentations
• Develop existing tools to be able to provide new functions
• Handle various DNS or VAS related requests

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

 B.Sc. in Computer Science or Communications Engineering
 RHCA or equivalent
 Cisco CCNA or equivalent
 Basic DB Administration
 Very Good Linux/Microsoft OS administration

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

 3+ years of experience in the field of network, systems and performance management systems administration.
 Good Virtualization management & administration
 Good network conceptual knowledge
 Good Programming conceptual knowledge

 Ability to deal with multiple tasks
 Problem solving skills
 Reporting & presentation skills
 Ability to build relationships with peer and management levels both with clients and the company management
