Location: Fully Remote within the US
Lead new-logo growth for customer care BPO services across U.S. and international markets. Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle—strategy, prospecting, orchestration, closing—and partner post-sale to scale accounts. 100% remote within the U.S.; extensive travel required.
Key Responsibilities-
Build and execute the strategic sales plan to win net-new BPO contracts across target verticals.

Develop a predictable new-business pipeline via targeted outreach, advisors/influencers, campaigns, conferences, and industry events.

Lead prospecting, qualification, solution shaping, proposal/RFP ownership, pricing/negotiation, and close.

Create tailored presentations and value propositions for executive audiences.

Collaborate with leadership on market expansion strategy; identify high-potential niches.

Partner post-close with account management/operations to ensure onboarding, optimization, and growth.
Qualifications-
5+ years of successful CX BPO enterprise sales with a strong new-logo track record.

Established executive relationships and credibility with decision-makers.

Proven experience in business planning, account strategy, and relationship management.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence; proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Able to manage multiple complex pursuits simultaneously; highly responsive and solution-oriented.

Strong commercial acumen (budgeting, financial models, business cycles).

Willingness to travel extensively .
