Enterprise Sales Manager

Our client, a high-growth technology group headquartered in Dubai, is expanding its enterprise services portfolio and seeking a Senior Sales Lead to spearhead new business development across the region.


About the Role

This is a strategic position focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across Digital, AI, and IT Services. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing strong client relationships at the highest levels, shaping go-to-market strategies, and positioning innovative technology solutions that deliver measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new customer acquisition and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities through direct sales and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives and market expansion strategies.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT services sales experience (cloud, managed services, or related areas).
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and winning large enterprise clients.
  • Strong network and ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to scale a new business vertical.
