We are a technology company seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth in the KSA market. This role is responsible for generating and closing High project revenue, building enterprise relationships, and positioning Microsoft-based solutions as strategic business enablers.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a sales strategy to generate USD 1M+ in qualified leads and close projects annually
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from lead generation to deal closure
- Sell and position Microsoft-based solutions, including:
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Copilot
- Microsoft 365
- Dynamics 365
- Power Platform
- SharePoint & Modern Workplace solutions
- Build and manage strong C-level and decision-making relationships across enterprises
- Identify new business opportunities within UAE government, banking, enterprise, and corporate sectors
- Lead solution presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM tools
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and partner engagements
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in technology or IT services
- Proven experience selling Microsoft-based solutions
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed high-value sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales models
- CRM proficiency and sales reporting discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing business network within the GCC region
- Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written)
- Experience selling to Banking, Government, Large Enterprises, or Regulated Industries
- MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience working with Microsoft Partners or System Integrators
