Enterprise Sales Manager

We are a technology company seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth in the KSA market. This role is responsible for generating and closing High project revenue, building enterprise relationships, and positioning Microsoft-based solutions as strategic business enablers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a sales strategy to generate USD 1M+ in qualified leads and close projects annually
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from lead generation to deal closure
  • Sell and position Microsoft-based solutions, including:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Microsoft 365
  • Dynamics 365
  • Power Platform
  • SharePoint & Modern Workplace solutions
  • Build and manage strong C-level and decision-making relationships across enterprises
  • Identify new business opportunities within UAE government, banking, enterprise, and corporate sectors
  • Lead solution presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM tools
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and partner engagements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in technology or IT services
  • Proven experience selling Microsoft-based solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed high-value sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales models
  • CRM proficiency and sales reporting discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing business network within the GCC region
  • Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written)
  • Experience selling to Banking, Government, Large Enterprises, or Regulated Industries
  • MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Partners or System Integrators
