Enterprise Solutions Consultant – Nintex & SharePoint

KalSoft is looking to engage an experienced Contractual Consultant with expertise in Nintex (including Nintex K2) and Microsoft SharePoint. The role requires not only strong technical capabilities but also the ability to support presales activities across multiple regions (Pakistan, GCC, and North America).

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development

  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows, forms, and business process solutions using Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and K2.

  • Customize and optimize SharePoint (Online and On-Premises) portals, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.

• Presales & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with sales and regional teams to support presales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and responding to RFPs.

  • Participate in client discussions to understand requirements and design appropriate solutions.

  • Provide technical consulting and advisory support for clients in Oman, KSA, UAE, Canada, and other regions.

• Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide ongoing technical support, enhancements, and issue resolution for existing Nintex and SharePoint implementations.

  • Conduct performance optimization and ensure high availability of workflow solutions.

• Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with internal teams, project managers, and regional stakeholders to deliver on project timelines.

  • Document solution designs, configurations, and technical processes for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Nintex Workflow & Forms and Nintex K2.

• Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online and On-Premises (customization, administration, and integration).

• Proven track record in solution design, development, deployment, and support.

• Exposure to presales support, including solution demos and proposal development, preferably across international regions.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently in a contractual/project-based setup.
