ERPNext Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Consultant with both functional and technical expertise to join our team on a 4-month contract. This role requires someone with hands-on implementation experience who can contribute to both system configuration and development while guiding business teams through ERP adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support ERPNext implementation across finance, HR, supply chain, sales, and operations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERPNext configurations and customizations.
• Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules (reports, workflows, scripts, APIs, integrations).
• Conduct user training, documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth day-to-day ERP operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve processes through ERP automation.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3 successful ERPNext implementations (end-to-end).
• Strong functional knowledge of ERP workflows (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase is must).
• Solid technical skills: Python, Frappe Framework, REST APIs, SQL, and ERPNext customizations.
• Ability to manage client workshops, requirement gathering, and UAT.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Availability: Not working full-time elsewhere.
• Location: Based in Karachi. The role is remote with twice-a-week on-site presence required.

Contract Details

• Duration: 4 months (extendable based on performance and project needs)
• Engagement: Contractual, part-time but dedicated availability required
• Location: Remote + On-site (Karachi, 2 days per week). Candidates must reside in Karachi
