We are looking for a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant who is passionate about business processes and ERP systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience and a good understanding of Odoo modules to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, open to learning , and sharp in communication with a strong desire to build expertise in Odoo ERP implementations.

• Assist in analyzing client business processes and translating them into Odoo ERP workflows.
• Support the configuration and basic customization of Odoo modules based on client needs.
• Participate in Odoo implementation projects from requirements gathering to post-deployment support.
• Provide training and user support to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Help conduct client meetings and workshops to understand their processes and gather feedback.
• Contribute to user manuals, functional documentation, and support materials.
• Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices within the Odoo ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo as a functional consultant.
• Experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
• Understanding of all major Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Involvement in or understanding of 1–2 complete Odoo implementation cycles (SH, SaaS, or Community).
• Energetic, sharp, and proactive with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent English verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.

• Odoo certification(s) are a plus.
• Exposure to other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data handling and reporting.
• Ability to write and execute test cases to validate system functionality.
