We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Analyst/Developer to join our team, specializing in Customer Master Data Management (MDM). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to ensure the quality and integrity of our customer master data.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, and staying current with new technologies like Generative AI.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of Salesforce development experience, with proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a keen interest in data management and emerging technologies are essential for success.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on Customer Master Data Management (MDM) to support critical business functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Design and build custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to ensure data quality and integrity for customer master data.
  • Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to create a single source of truth for customer data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Generative AI and Salesforce technologies.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce MDM-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, with a preference for experience in Customer MDM or data management projects.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A foundational understanding of software development principles and integration patterns.
  • A keen interest in and willingness to learn about new technologies, particularly in the Generative AI space.
  • Proficiency in writing APEX custom server-side logic, including triggers and controllers.
  • Experience in building modern, responsive user interfaces using the LWC framework.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language and Salesforce Object Search Language for data retrieval.
  • A good understanding of how to use Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
  • A clear grasp of the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features such as Process Builder and Flow, especially as they relate to managing customer data.

  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
