Entertainment Sales Executive / Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Entertainment Sales professional to generate revenue through partnerships, sponsorships, and client acquisitions within the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media, events, celebrity endorsements, and brand collaborations, coupled with excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

Minimum Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across entertainment properties such as events, live shows, digital content, and brand integrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Pitch and present customized sponsorship and advertising solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, creative, and operations) to design impactful brand experiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new monetization opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
