Overview
Renoxx Caregivers is seeking an Entry-Level Architectural Designer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about architecture, interior design, and construction. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing conceptual designs and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, and ArchiCAD.
- Support project scheduling efforts to ensure timely completion of design phases and deliverables.
- Prepare visual presentations and sketches using Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other visualization tools to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams on construction estimating, budgeting, and contract negotiations to ensure project feasibility.
- Contribute to construction management activities including site visits, renovation oversight, and coordination with contractors utilizing construction management software like NavisWorks.
- Participate in client meetings and business development activities by preparing proposals and presentations.
- Assist in drafting contracts, reviewing specifications, and supporting project management tasks related to interior design and renovation projects.
Qualifications
- Recent graduation or equivalent experience in architecture, interior design, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D (including Grasshopper), SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and renovation techniques.
- Experience with project scheduling software and construction estimating tools is a plus.
- Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail; ability to produce clear technical drawings.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and contractors.
- Demonstrated interest in business development activities such as proposal preparation or client presentations.
