What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage directly with McAllen clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Lead sales efforts by identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing contracts that contribute to our business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Coach and support team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize team success and client retention.
  • Resolve client issues proactively, maintaining professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activity, and AT&T products to provide informed recommendations.

What We Seek

Must-Haves:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with clients and guide your team.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven drive to hit and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while taking initiative independently.
  • Basic sales experience or customer service background with a passion for relationship-building.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, growth-oriented culture.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or account management.
  • Leadership experience (even in casual or volunteer roles) demonstrating your ability to inspire others.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry or AT&T’s product lineup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $815.00 - $1,375.00 per week
