What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage directly with McAllen clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction.
- Lead sales efforts by identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing contracts that contribute to our business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and an exceptional customer experience.
- Coach and support team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize team success and client retention.
- Resolve client issues proactively, maintaining professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
