Environmental Engineer for Sales

As Blueclip, we started our journey to bring the most creative minds and the know-how together to deliver great works. Our current search is for an Environmental Engineer to join one of our partners operating in the field of sustainable environmental technologies.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, sustainability, sales and business development, focusing on innovative wastewater treatment and biotechnological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field demonstrations, technical presentations, and test applications for biotechnology-based environmental products such as BioGuy II and BioCapsule.
• Manage B2B sales meetings with current and potential clients (including industrial facilities, hotels, and municipalities).
• Analyze project needs and develop tailored technical solutions and proposals.
• Prepare technical documentation, field reports, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with R&D, operations, and regional distributors to ensure continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at domestic and international fairs or sectoral events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of field or sales experience in environmental technologies, wastewater treatment, or industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and basic chemical/microbiological processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
• Valid B-class driver’s license and active driving ability.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.

Bonus points for:

• Sales experience in wastewater or environmental technologies.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar technical drawing software.
• Basic data analysis and reporting ability (Excel or field data interpretation).
