Job Description:

The QHSE Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. The role includes conducting inspections, audits, emergency drills, incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with contractual SLA/KPIs. The candidate will also train and support on-site teams, liaise with clients and authorities, and promote a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct QHSE inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Lead fire & emergency drills with clients and authorities
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, SLA & KPIs
• Provide HSE training and support to teams
• Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field (Facilities Management preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering/HSE
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
