Environmental Services Director - Float
Responsibilities/Job Description:
This schedule includes;
Required Qualifications
The Float Environmental Services Director provides general oversight and maintenance of property or properties (building & grounds) including all major utility, life safety and security systems. Fills in for Environmental Services Directors at Ebenezer owned and managed communities and supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff. Ensures 24/7 emergency On-Call response per rotating schedule.
This schedule includes;
- Casual/On call
- Weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Provides general oversight and maintenance of property, including all major utility, life safety, and security systems
- Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff
- Ensures timely and effective turnover of apartments
- Provides 24/7 emergency on-call response per rotating schedule
- Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience
- Special Class C Boiler Operator’s License within 90 Days
- Commercial Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate of Arts in Industrial Energy or related field
- 5 years of experience
Compensation: $31.63- $44.65 Hourly
