We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced “Project Manager (EPC)” to strengthen our Project Management team at our Headquarters. This role will provide leadership in delivering large-scale solar EPC projects, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership in the execution of solar EPC projects, ensuring the integration of all project components (panels, inverters, grid connection systems, and balance of plant)
  • Ensure quality control of site works and perform inspections of project materials and components
  • Monitor and ensure that proper quality standards are maintained on site in line with contractual and ISO requirements
  • Implement and manage claim processes and identify opportunities aligned with project strategies
  • Lead the project team and subcontractors to achieve cost, margin, and timeline objectives
  • Report project progress, financial status, and KPIs to the Project Management Office on a weekly/monthly basis, ensuring team engagement and alignment
  • Identify significant problems, ensure corrective actions are implemented, and promote a proactive approach to prevent issues
  • Organize and lead regular progress reviews to ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions
  • Ensure customer quality expectations are met or exceeded
  • Conduct field investigations and oversee the commissioning of electrical systems at the power plant
  • Provide regular reporting and coordination with other business units
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and contribute to a safe working environment


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in large-scale power plant EPC projects, preferably solar farms (photovoltaic panels, inverters, and grid connection systems)
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
  • Strong knowledge of preparing Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans, and Project Quality Procedures in compliance with contractual requirements and ISO standards
  • PMP certification is an advantage
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications
  • Valid driving license and active driving experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional language (e.g., French, Spanish, German) is a plus
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travel
