General summary:
The Epic Radiant Application Analyst Lead provides advanced technical support and leadership for complex clinical and business applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs. This role leads application administration efforts, coordinating team resources to analyze user needs, implement and optimize systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
As a team leader, the Application Analyst Lead prioritizes tasks, manages work plans, and facilitates communication across teams to meet deadlines and resolve escalated issues. This position ensures seamless integration of applications with cross-functional systems and guides projects or project tasks to successful completion.
Key responsibilities include performing expert-level system analysis, administration, and consulting, translating clinical and business workflows into system configurations, and conducting comprehensive testing for system updates and integrations. The role also involves monitoring system operations, maintaining data integrity, and staying informed about emerging technologies to support healthcare advancements.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support and leadership for complex clinical and business applications to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with organizational objectives.

Lead and coordinate application administration activities, including system configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Analyze and translate clinical and business workflows into effective system configurations and technical solutions.

Oversee and perform comprehensive testing for application updates, enhancements, and integrations.

Monitor application and system operations to ensure performance, data integrity, and reliability. 
- 
Serve as a team lead by prioritizing tasks, managing team work plans, and coordinating resources to meet deadlines. 
- 
Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, departments, and external partners to support project and operational needs. 
- 
Act as a key point of escalation for technical issues and work collaboratively to resolve them. 
- 
Guide and support team members through mentorship, training, and technical consultation. 
- 
Lead or contribute to strategic projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with business and clinical goals.

Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare applications.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation practices, and governance protocols. 
EDUCATION:
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

Epic Radiant certification required 
- 
Required: Clinical employees must maintain licensure appropriate to clinical education and training, without lapse. 
- 
Epic Analysts must satisfactorily complete required Epic certification testing. If certification is required, it must be maintained (Epic/Onbase) 
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 
Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions. 
- 
Must have access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities. 
- 
A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions, no use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN, and compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
