EPMO Manager

About the role:

The Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Manager will contribute to specific Group programs and initiatives (strategic and operational) as required in collaboration with divisional and departmental PMO teams, as well as on admin-related duties to maintain the EPMO Tool operations. This role supports governance, compliance with project-related criteria, and execution discipline, while collaborating with the Corporate Development, Transformation and Process Excellence teams to integrate strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the establishment and governance of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) as a central oversight function, ensuring structured executive governance and continuous improvement.

• Deliver on partnerships with the assigned departments and divisions to implement, measure, and improving their plans and the associated benefits (KPIs, OKRs).

• Run / assist EPMO’s sprint cycles for the assigned portfolio, ensuring all streams (strategic and operational) are transparently tracked, measured.

• Ensure that program management streams have roadmaps with clear milestones, ownership, benefits (KPIs/OKRs) and risk management accuracy to maximize execution success.

• Implement a continuous improvement process for program management practices.

• Contribute to capability-building initiatives, ensuring teams across the organization are trained in program management principles and execution discipline, across the divisional/departmental PMO teams.

• Support identification of risks and barriers to program management, working with departmental leaders and stakeholders to develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience

• Strong experience using ASANA as EPMO tool.

• Experience in enterprise program management, project governance, and leadership reporting within medium-large multinational organizations

• Proven experience in supporting large-scale programs or projects with significant scope.

• Understanding of financial principles related to project/program budgeting.

• Stakeholder management expertise matured in complex multi-cultural organizations.
