Supply Chain Project Manager
Responsible for leading and managing strategic supply chain initiatives across procurement, logistics, inventory management, contracts, end-users and vendor coordination. This role ensures timely execution of projects, drives process improvements, and supports cross-functional collaboration to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead end-to-end supply chain projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Clinical Teams) and external vendors.

Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements across supply chain functions.

Implement automation and digital tools to streamline operations.
-
Contracts Management:

Support the development, review, and monitoring of contracts.

Ensure contract terms are aligned with procurement strategies and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with legal team to resolve contract-related issues and ensure timely renewals or amendments.

Risk & Compliance Management:

Monitor supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.

Analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Tender & Procurement Support:

Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for tender evaluations.

Support escalation protocols and ensure timely PR processing to avoid stock shortages.
