Description: Managing entire life cycle of an employee from Onboarding to Exit.
Job Description:
1) Conducting employee induction for new joiners.
2) Issuing Warning letters for escalations.
3) Daily Follow up on employees related concerns and issues.
4) Sharing Appointment confirmation and experience letter (Auto Generate in Zing Portal).
5) Handling employee grievances and disciplinary action.
6) Calling on NCNS data on daily basis.
7) Skip Meets -with 5 associate.
8) Maintaining attrition data on a weekly basis.
9) Conducting notice period meets –ups, Exit interview and managing exit formalities.
10) Issuing PIP for the employees.
11) Coordination with payroll team for hold release and Active inactive data.
12) Working on Rag reports.
13) Retaining agents by calling on absconded data.
14) Salary Help desk -Post salary.
