ER Manager

Core Responsibilities: -

• Develop and activate the long-term plan for providing medical services and following up CHG policies and procedures.
• providing and following up a safe, rapid and effective and service for patients.
• Follow up the department's costs and review ER reports with the medical director.
• Coordinate with the Nursing director and ER Head Nurse for a continuous improvement of nursing care at ER.
• Prepare monthly schedules for the registrars and follow up their implementation.
• Evaluate the performance of the department staff according to the hospital’s approved performance indicators on a regular basis.
