ERP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to lead ERP implementation, customization, and optimization initiatives. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise to align ERP solutions with business processes, ensuring successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to ERP functionalities.
• Configure and customize ERP modules as per business needs.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Conduct user training, workshops, and system demonstrations.
• Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot functional and system-level ERP issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, and documentation.
• Ensure ERP best practices, data integrity, and process compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience as an ERP Consultant or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms: SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Odoo / NetSuite
• Deep understanding of core business modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, HR, or Manufacturing
• Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Rs190,000.00 - Rs240,000.00 per month
