Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of business processes and the ability to translate them into efficient Odoo ERP solutions. This role requires direct interaction with clients, detailed requirement gathering, module configuration, and ongoing support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Work closely with clients to understand their business operations, objectives, and system requirements.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and align business needs with Odoo ERP functionalities.

Odoo Configuration

• Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR in line with client needs.

Project Management

• Lead Odoo ERP implementation projects and ensure delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

Training & Support

• Conduct training sessions for end users.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure effective system adoption.

Documentation

• Prepare detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, and user manuals.

Testing

• Perform thorough system testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.

Issue Resolution

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues during and after the implementation process.

Continuous Enhancement

• Stay informed about new Odoo releases and evolving ERP industry trends.
• Recommend system improvements to enhance performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo across multiple modules.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business process workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Odoo certification is preferred.
