Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant to support Odoo ERP implementation and support projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn ERP systems and understand real-world business processes. The selected candidate will work closely with senior consultants and technical teams to ensure successful Odoo configurations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Support configuration of Odoo functional modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and Manufacturing
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Perform system configuration, master data setup, and user access management
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help resolve functional issues
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and basic training materials
• Participate in client meetings to understand workflows and operational challenges
• Provide post-go-live functional support and handle user queries
• Coordinate with the technical team for customizations and enhancements when required

Required Skills and Competencies

• Basic understanding of business processes such as sales, procurement, inventory, or accounting
• Exposure to Odoo ERP or any ERP system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new modules, tools, and business domains

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
