Position: Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Certified Odoo Functional Consultant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and support. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective Odoo solutions aligned with business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Odoo functional solutions
• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations, including configuration and deployment
• Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing
• Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD) and coordinate with technical teams
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation
• Deliver end-user training and create functional documentation
• Support data migration, system integrations, and upgrades
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Odoo Functional Certification (mandatory)
• 3–4 years of proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Odoo business workflows and best practices
• Experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Community editions
• Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (Python, XML, PostgreSQL)
• Experience in multi-company and multi-location implementations
