We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant / SME with strong expertise in banking operations and ERP modules. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support across key banking modules, and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation, configuration, and optimization for banking-related modules.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ERP solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on ERP functionalities, workflows, and best practices.
• Support vendor onboarding, procurement, contract management, finance, and budgeting processes.
• Conduct system analysis, testing, and user training to ensure smooth ERP adoption.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide timely resolutions to business users.
• Document system designs, workflows, and configurations.
• Ensure ERP solutions comply with banking standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

Required Expertise in ERP Modules (Banking Domain):

• Vendor Onboarding and Registration
• Contract Lifecycle Management
• Procurement
• Inventory and Store Management
• Payment Processing
• Finance and Budgeting

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of ERP consulting/SME experience, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in the above-mentioned ERP modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead module-specific implementations.
• Immediate availability preferred.
