ERP Coordinator (Civil & Procurement)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented ERP Coordinator with a civil engineering background and strong understanding of procurement processes to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating ERP activities, supporting procurement operations, and ensuring accurate data management for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update data in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle ERP
  • Handle procurement processes including PR, PO, and vendor coordination
  • Track materials and quantities based on BOQ and project requirements
  • Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams
  • Maintain records of inventory, materials, and project costs
  • Generate reports related to procurement and project progress

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or procurement
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar)
  • Good understanding of procurement cycle (PR, RFQ, PO, delivery)
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • UAE experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
