Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Engineer / ERP Technical Support professional to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing technical support of our ERP system within a contracting environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP systems used in construction projects, including finance, procurement, HR, payroll, and project management modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support ERP implementation, configuration, and deployment across departments
• Understand business processes in contracting projects and map them to ERP modules
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ERP users
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Customize reports, dashboards, and workflows as per business requirements
• Manage data migration, validation, and system testing
• Conduct user training, prepare user manuals, and provide post-implementation support
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements and upgrades
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in ERP implementation and support (construction/contracting sector preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)
• Good understanding of construction workflows: Projects, Cost Control, Procurement, Stores, Finance, HR & Payroll
• Experience in SQL, reporting tools, and basic scripting is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to support multiple users and projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with contracting companies
• ERP project implementation from scratch is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices and compliance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
