Role: ERP Implementation Lead (Strategic Projects)

Location: Bahwan IT Center, Al Qurum, Muscat

Organization: Bahwan CyberTek

Remuneration: OMR 3,800 per month

The Objective As the primary lead for our enterprise-level transformations, you will be stationed at the Bahwan IT Center in Al Qurum. This is a high-visibility role requiring a candidate who can navigate the complexities of large-scale ERP deployments (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) while managing diverse stakeholder expectations across the Sultanate. You are not just managing a rollout; you are overseeing a national-scale digital transition.

Operational DNA & Expectations

• End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the full implementation journey from initial gap analysis and business process mapping to final data migration and post-go-live support.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as the technical bridge between client executives and our global engineering teams, ensuring all deliverables align with localized business requirements.
• Quality & Risk Mitigation: Implement rigorous project governance to minimize downtime during cutovers and ensure 100% compliance with Oman’s data sovereignty laws.
• Team Leadership: Mentor a dedicated team of functional and technical consultants, fostering a culture of precision and accountability.

Professional Standards

• Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP environments, with at least 3 successful full-lifecycle implementations as a Lead.
• Linguistic Proficiency: C2-level professional English is mandatory for high-level documentation and executive presentations.
• Regional Expertise: Proven experience operating within the Omani market, specifically within the Al Qurum business district or similar Muscat hubs.
• Technical Communication: Proficiency in recording clear, high-level project walkthroughs and updates via Loom for international client review.
