About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Functional Consultant for Finance & Supply Chain Systems to join our team.


In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading consulting, implementation, and optimization of Finance & Supply Chain systems for OSOS's global clients. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, mentor junior consultants, and act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders. Your expertise will drive business process improvements, system integration, and adoption of best practices in finance and supply chain operations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Finance & Supply Chain ERP systems.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of functional consultants in delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Architect and implement core modules: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales & Distribution, and Supply Chain Planning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive process optimization, system performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with presales, product, and technical teams to develop solution proposals and roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS).
  • Lead user training, change management, and post-go-live support for sustained adoption.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.


Domain Knowledge

  • Expert-level understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes, including financial reporting, procurement, inventory management, order-to-cash, and supply planning.
  • Deep hands-on experience with ERP Finance & Supply Chain modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proven ability to design and optimize integrated business processes across finance and operations.
  • Knowledge of ERP deployment models (SaaS, Cloud, on-prem) and integration technologies.


AI Awareness Responsibilities:

  • Maintain awareness of emerging AI technologies and their impact on enterprise applications.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and support processes using AI-driven tools.
  • Use AI tools to optimize the role activities and tasks to meet the business target relevant to AI adoption, process optimization, results improvement, time saving, and efficiency.
  • Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI in line-of-business systems and policies.
  • Participate in AI-related training, workshops, and capability development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI insights into problem-solving and system optimization.


Soft Skill:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in business process modeling (BPMN, UML) and requirements management.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines.


Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP Finance & Supply Chain implementation, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  • Track record of leading 5+ full ERP implementation lifecycles.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution design, and client advisory roles.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • CPA, CMA, or similar finance certification preferred
  • Certification in ERP Finance modules (SAP FI, Oracle Financials, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or supply chain certifications (e.g., CSCP) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS or equivalent accounting standards.
