ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in ERP implementations, SQL development, and client-facing support. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to understand business requirements, configure and implement ERP solutions, support go-live activities, and provide post-implementation training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support ERP software implementations, including requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with clients to understand business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Provide onsite support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Conduct end-user training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries using Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance prior to client implementation.
• Prepare and support ERP-related reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of proven experience in ERP software implementation.
• Strong expertise in SQL development (Oracle or SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience with stored procedures, complex queries, and database optimization.
• Experience providing client-facing support and ERP end-user training.
• Solid understanding of ERP business processes and implementation methodologies.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose effective, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and an aggressive learner.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of reporting tools such as Jasper Reports or Crystal Reports.
• Working knowledge of Java and/or Python is an added advantage.
• Experience with enterprise-scale ERP environments.
