Odoo Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional and technical solutions

* Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)

* Work closely with developers to define technical specifications and ensure proper implementation

* Perform system testing, UAT support, and bug fixing

* Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support

* Handle client communication, requirement clarification, and solution demonstrations

* Support integrations, data migration, and system enhancements

Requirements:

* Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

* Strong understanding of Odoo functional flows and basic technical concepts

* Hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and support projects

* Good communication skills and ability to work directly with clients

* Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote (WFH) environment

* Preference for Keralites
