Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with regular travel required across  the GCC with a focus in Saudi Arabia .

The Product Consultant will work closely with distributors, end users, and key stakeholders to deliver expert guidance on personal protective equipment solutions. The role is highly consultative, focusing on understanding customer environments, identifying safety challenges, and recommending uvex solutions that meet operational, regulatory, and performance requirements.

Key responsibilities include conducting technical consultations, analysing customer needs, supporting product selection and trials, managing customer interactions, and acting as a trusted uvex representative in the region. The role plays a critical part in strengthening customer relationships while reinforcing uvex’s reputation for quality, safety, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to assess, interpret, and translate customer requirements into practical PPE solutions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with confidence engaging technical and commercial stakeholders
• Experience in a consultative or advisory role, preferably within safety solutions, industrial products, or a related technical field
• Solid understanding of product management principles, particularly relating to functional, application-driven safety products
• Proven ability in problem-solving, relationship management, and collaborative teamwork
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field preferred
• Prior experience in the safety equipment industry or similar industrial environment is advantageous
• Fluent English required; Arabic , French  or other regional languages are a strong advantage
