Braze Consultant

Experience Required: 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Braze platform

We are seeking an experienced Braze Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Braze customer engagement platform, demonstrating expertise in building sophisticated customer journeys, implementing personalization strategies, and driving multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Design, build, and optimize customer engagement journeys using Braze Canvases and Campaigns
• Implement advanced personalization strategies using Liquid templating language to create dynamic, customer-centric messaging
• Develop and maintain email templates, push notification templates, in-app message templates, and content card templates
• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messages (IAM), Content Cards, WhatsApp, and banner advertisements
• Configure and manage campaign triggers, audience segmentation, and targeting rules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to deliver integrated customer engagement solutions
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for Braze implementation challenges

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Braze platform
• Strong expertise in building customer journeys using Braze Canvases and Campaigns
• Advanced proficiency with Liquid templating language for message personalization
• Proven experience in template development and design for various messaging channels
• Demonstrated expertise in multi-channel activation including:

— Email marketing

— Push notifications

— In-App Messages (IAM)

— Content Cards

— WhatsApp Business messaging

— Banner advertisements

• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with Braze Reporting & Analytics dashboard and custom report creation
• Working knowledge of SQL for data queries and analysis in support of Braze implementations
• Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize campaign performance data
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
• Braze certification or relevant marketing automation certifications
