The ERP Implementation Executive will be responsible for executing end-to-end ERP deployment projects for clients, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, training, and post-go-live support. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities1. Implementation & Deployment
- Lead the full lifecycle of ERP implementation including requirement gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Configure ERP modules such as: Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Production, HR/Payroll, and other relevant modules.
- Migrate client data from legacy systems into ERP (opening balances, masters, items, vendors, customers, etc.).
2. Client Coordination & Training
- Conduct client meetings to understand their operational workflows and align ERP features accordingly.
- Provide on-site and remote training to end users and ensure user adoption.
- Document client requirements, develop SOPs, and prepare training material.
3. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform testing of configured modules, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the development team for system enhancements.
- Ensure the ERP solution is tailored to meet business needs with accuracy and efficiency.
4. Go-Live & Post Go-Live Support
- Ensure smooth transition during go-live, handle system issues, and provide real-time support.
- Monitor user performance and system usage to ensure stability.
- Resolve tickets and escalate technical issues when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or Accounting (or relevant field).
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or support (Fresh graduates with strong grip on ERP concepts may also apply).
- Strong understanding of business processes: Inventory, Accounts, Production, HR, Supply Chain, etc.
- Good command over MS Excel and data handling.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel to client locations within Pakistan when needed.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with ERP platforms like Oracle APEX-based systems, or reporting tools.
- Knowledge of database concepts, queries, and system integrations.
- Experience with manufacturing or textile processes is a plus.
