Position: Executive Maintenance

Location: Lahore

Role Overview:

Supervising the maintenance of Stores and Commissary in Lower Central Region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:
Plan and execute preventive maintenance and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns (kitchen, production houses, HVAC, refrigeration, etc.).

2. Asset & Equipment Management:
Maintain asset records, warranty/AMC details, and spare parts inventory. Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment.

3. Store Readiness & Inspections:
Ensure full operational readiness of all store and commissary facilities. Conduct routine inspections and maintain records of findings and actions.

4. Vendor & Procurement Coordination:
Liaise with vendors for timely repair work, verify invoices, and manage the PR/PO process for maintenance-related needs.

5. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards. Maintain documentation for audits and perform emergency system checks.

6. Team Supervision & Training:
Supervise technicians and train store staff in basic troubleshooting and operational maintenance.

7. Emergency & Reporting:
Provide after-hours emergency support, coordinate urgent fixes, and generate performance reports. Propose improvements to reduce recurring issues

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2. Certification in HVAC systems, Electrical safety, or Facilities Management is preferred.

3. Familiarity with QSR equipment (ovens, chillers, dough mixers, HVAC systems, etc.) is an advantage.

4. Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, spare parts planning, and energy management practices.

Experience:

1. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance operations within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), hospitality, or retail chain environment.

2. Proven experience in managing multiple store locations, field technicians, and coordinating with vendors.

3. Experience in handling AMC contracts, Food safety audit, compliance documentation, and procurement processes.

4.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, equipment drawings, and maintenance logs.
