About the Role
We’re seeking an ERP Integration Specialist for a fixed-term project role to lead the end-to-end development of connectors between Nomos One and ERP platforms (e.g., Sage Intacct, SAP S/4HANA, MS D365, etc.). This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings deep technical knowledge of ERP systems, and can take ownership of integration design, development, testing, and delivery.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the technical design and development of robust, scalable connector(s) between NomoOne and selected ERP platform(s) (e.g., Sage Intaact, SAP S/4HANA, etc.).
• Work closely with the NZ-based product team to understand the Nomos One system and data architecture.
• Collaborate with Nomos One’s New Zealand based product and development teams to define functional and non-functional integration requirements and a product plan.
• Translate business processes into effective data flows between systems, ensuring compliance with accounting and security standards.
• Build, test, and deploy APIs, middleware, or ETL solutions to facilitate secure and seamless data exchange.
• Document integration architecture, setup instructions, and troubleshooting guides for internal use and client onboarding.
• Liaise with ERP technical contacts and external partners to ensure compatibility and support.
• Ensure the delivered integration meets performance, security, and architecture standards and expectation.
• Define and execute a comprehensive testing plan which includes end-user engagement.
• Maintain regular communication with Nomos project team.
• Complete project work within established timeframes.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Proven experience developing integrations with ERP systems (especially Sage Intacct, X3, or 300).
• Proficiency in API design and development (REST/SOAP), and data integration patterns.
• Experience with ERP data models—especially financial data like GL, AP, AR, and journal entries.
• Strong coding/scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL).
• Experience with integration/middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and lead a project from discovery to delivery.
• Good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, and external partner teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with lease accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16) is a bonus.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
