ERP Logistics Applications Specialist

We are looking for an " ERP Logistics Applications Specialist ". If you have a penchant for enterprise resource planning processes for a better world, join us. The job is primarily hybrid. We expect candidates to be in Istanbul.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduated from Engineering, Computer, Management Information Systems or related departments of universities
• Minimum 3 years of experience on logistics modules in ERP systems
• Preferably experienced in Logo ERP (especially Tiger 3 Enterprise, GO3, Netsis), IFS ERP (IFS Applications, IFS Cloud), Business One, SAP or other ERP applications
• Competent in logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation and supply chain processes
• Experienced in SQL knowledge and systematic report development
• Having an analytical mindset, strong communication skills
• Preferably good command of English

What We’re Looking For

• Provide end-to-end management of logistics and supply chain processes through ERP systems
• Support the compatibility of the system with internal company processes and to develop the ERP infrastructure according to evolving needs.
• Ensuring the integration of logistics processes into the ERP system
• Performing analysis and configuration of logistics modules on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS, Logo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Providing appropriate solutions by analyzing system improvement and development requests from users
• Working closely with logistics units to digitalize processes and increase efficiency
• Preparing test scenarios and ensuring the commissioning of new processes
• Producing data via ERP for systemic reporting and KPI tracking
• Providing user training, support and system documentation
