Import Specialist

We are seeking an Import Specialist .

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

*** This position does not offer a hybrid / remote option.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, (Food Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in import and export operations,
• Proficient in English,
• Advanced MS Office skills,
• Strong analytical thinking skills and result-oriented,
• Strong communication skills and a good team player,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing and tracking all necessary documents and paperwork required for the import process,
• Monitoring relevant regulations to ensure compliance with operational processes,
• Submitting costs, customs expenses, and invoices related to import and export transactions to the Finance & Accounting department,
• Planning the workflow of the department and managing all communication with suppliers,
• Ensuring the control, reporting, and archiving of completed operations,
• Verifying all invoices and shipment notifications to ensure compliance with customs regulations,
• Maintaining active communication with both domestic and international suppliers,
• Planning and managing order and documentation processes with international suppliers,
• Determining the most suitable transportation and customs clearance strategies to optimize costs.
