Eczacıbaşı Building Products is Turkey's first and largest manufacturer and exporter of ceramic sanitaryware. Since 1958, we have been producing ceramic sanitaryware under the VitrA brand, and since 1991, bathroom furniture, bathtubs, and shower trays. In 1983, we started producing faucets under the Artema brand. Our facility in Bozüyük, established in 1977, is one of the world’s largest production complexes operating under a single roof.

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Manages the operations of warehouses and shipment processes together with the team,
• Ensures that all necessary occupational health and safety measures in warehouses are taken and implemented,
• Plans and implements activities to reduce logistics costs, monitors and reports the results,
• Analyzes the service level of shipments made to customers, plans and implements activities to improve service levels, and monitors the results,
• Conducts root cause analysis of logistics-related customer complaints and reports them, plans and implements activities to reduce the number of complaints,
• Contributes to feasibility studies required for logistics department investments,
• Oversees the follow-up and management of SAP developments,
• Contributes to IT process improvement activities, identifies needs and requirements, manages improvement projects, and ensures the implementation of new processes,
• Takes on key user responsibilities for the TM and EWM modules used by the Logistics Department in SAP,
• Coordinates TPM activities for the Logistics Department,
• Contributes to ensuring that the expenses of the logistics department are carried out within the budget framework,
• Analyzes finished goods inventories from a warehouse management perspective and reports to management. Plans and implements activities to reduce stock levels, monitors the results, and reports.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering departments of universities,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs,
• Excellent command of English,
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience,
• Strong communication skills,
• No travel restrictions,
