About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the ERP system drives operational efficiency, scalability, and compliance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end management of ERP systems including configuration, integration, and upgrades.

* Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

* Manage a team of ERP analysts and developers to ensure successful delivery of projects.

* Oversee data migration, user training, and system documentation.

* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.

* Ensure compliance with security protocols, data privacy laws, and internal IT policies.

* Evaluate and recommend ERP enhancements, modules, or upgrades as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in advertising across digital, print, OOH, and broadcast platforms.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at brands, agencies, and media buyers.

* Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and campaign execution teams to design tailored proposals and pitches.

* Negotiate and close high-value advertising deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

* Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

* Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

* Proven experience (5+ years) in ERP implementation and management.

* Strong knowledge of ERP system: e.g. Microsoft .NET , SQL Server.

* Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

* Ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective solutions.

* Experience in change management and training users across departments.
