We are hiring an ERP Project Coordinator to manage and support the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of our ERP system. The role requires ERP-specific expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Project Management
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP implementation and upgrade projects.
- Coordinate ERP-related tasks across modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain ERP project documentation (requirements, workflows, user manuals).
- Monitor ERP milestones, deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collect business requirements from departments and map them into ERP functionalities.
- Document business processes and recommend ERP-driven improvements.
- Ensure alignment between ERP features and organizational needs.
Testing & Deployment
- Coordinate ERP testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and bug tracking.
- Facilitate ERP data migration and system integration with other applications.
- Support ERP go-live and post-implementation activities.
User Support & Training
- Coordinate ERP training sessions for end-users and super-users.
- Maintain knowledge base, FAQs, and ERP support documentation.
- Act as first point of contact for ERP-related queries and escalate to technical teams when required.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of ERP project coordination or ERP implementation experience.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or custom ERP).
- Knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, and Procurement.
- Familiarity with ERP database concepts (SQL queries, reporting tools).
- Understanding of ERP integrations with external applications (HRMS, CRM, BI tools).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), MS Project, or similar project management tools.
Soft Skills
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively between business and technical teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple ERP tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP customization, workflows, and reporting.
- Exposure to ERP data migration tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of ERP security, roles, and permissions management.
- Certification in ERP systems or project management (desirable but not mandatory).
