ERP MANAGER

Our company is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to oversee and manage our ERP systems. As the ERP Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business needs. You will also be responsible for managing a team of ERP professionals to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

o Manage and oversee ERP systems and related projects

o Ensure that ERP systems are integrated and aligned with business needs

o Develop and implement processes for managing and maintaining ERP systems

o Lead ERP team and provide guidance and direction as needed

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of ERP systems

o Provide support and training to end-users

o Develop and manage budgets for ERP projects

o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies

Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

o 5+ years of experience in ERP systems management and implementation

o Proven experience in managing and leading teams

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

o Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems is preferred

REQUIREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ANSAR GROUP

• Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large clients across several key industries. Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting and accounts receivable. Define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels for client. Manage routine interactions with client management and sponsorship. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of proposal development process. Contribute to proposals pricing strategy. Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies. Perform as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation. Provide input and guide staffing process. Participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. Provide leadership and assistance for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results. Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements. Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
