Role Purpose
To lead the end-to-end technical delivery of the organization’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem while architecting enterprise data integrations, automation frameworks and backend systems that support business operations, reporting, customer platforms and cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Leadership
- Own full technical and project delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation (Finance & Operations + CRM)
- Manage timelines, risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations
- Act as primary technical authority for system design, configuration, and solution architecture
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to ensure aligned delivery
- Review and sign off on features, builds, and vendor deliverables
2. Systems Integration & Data Architecture
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines integrating legacy and current systems
- Develop stored procedures, data models, and transformation logic
- Ensure reliable data flow into:
- Power BI analytics
- SleekFlow workflows
- Operational systems
- Customer-facing platforms
- Maintain data standardization and system consistency
3. Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Build and optimize business automations using Power Automate, scripting, and bots
- Develop desktop automation solutions and process optimizations
- Architect and manage SleekFlow workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Reduce manual workloads through technical automation initiatives
4. Mobile Application Backend Ownership
- Architect backend systems supporting the customer mobile application
- Manage databases, APIs, and integrations from ETL pipelines
- Coordinate with external UI/mobile developers
- Translate business requirements into technical backend solutions
5. Vendor & Technical Resource Management
- Act as the main technical liaison for consulting partners and freelance developers
- Review external development work for quality and alignment
- Clarify requirements, manage deliverables, and track progress
- Resolve technical conflicts, scope issues, and delivery risks
6. Cross-Functional Technical Consulting
- Provide technical guidance across departments
- Troubleshoot ERP, CRM, automation, and integration issues
- Support business teams with system enhancements and feasibility analysis
- Participate in planning and requirement workshops
7. Operational Support & System Stability
- Provide ongoing support for SleekFlow, integrations, and automation systems
- Diagnose and resolve data and workflow issues
- Ensure system reliability and continuity of operations
