ERP Sales Executives

Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic ERP Sales Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in ERP or IT solution sales, preferably with exposure to the Omani or GCC market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, proven sales skills, and a consultative approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads for Odoo ERP solutions across various industries in Oman.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings (in-person or virtual).
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable ERP modules and services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with technical teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and support teams for smooth client onboarding.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in ERP/Software/IT Solution Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
  • Understanding of the Omani market and local business culture.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
  • Valid driving license (preferred).
