Job Title: ERP Sales Specialist – German Speaker (Remote)

Sowaan Private Limited is a global technology company operating across multiple businesses and countries. Sowaan encompasses several business entities, including Sowaan Business, an IT services firm; Sowaan ERP, a comprehensive ERP solution for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs); Sowaan Workspaces, a modern office solution; and HatifOne, an advanced call center software platform.

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven ERP Sales Specialist (German Speaker) to join our growing international sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Sowaan ERP solutions across German-speaking markets.

This is a remote position open to candidates who are fluent in German and English, with a strong background in ERP or software sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for ERP solutions in German-speaking regions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients in German and English.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored ERP solutions to address business challenges.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client engagement.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and communications in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software or ERP sales (B2B preferred).
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes and articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is required.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in ERP or SaaS sales within the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling.
  • Understanding of key business domains such as Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.
